   - Bounce rate: 56.01% (moderate)
   - Average session duration: 02:00

## 4. Organic search performance

### Insight

**Traffic performance:** website traffic grew by **21.04%** in June, reaching **28.2K** compared with 23.3K in May — mainly driven by stronger SEO execution and improved content quality.

**Impressions & visibility:** impressions saw a notable **44.44% increase**, jumping from **2.16M to 3.11M**. This reflects broader keyword coverage and better indexing performance.

**CTR & ranking:** although average position improved from **15.4 to 14**, CTR dropped from **1.1% to 0.9%**. This decline is expected with a surge in impressions, as it often attracts lower-intent queries. As rankings stabilise, CTR is likely to rebound over time.

## 5. Customer journey exploration

Path exploration was included so the team could see which routes actually terminate at `/signup`, rather than inferring the funnel from page totals.

## 6. Recommendations

1. **Investigate the 71.1% direct bounce rate** as a landing-experience problem before treating direct growth as a win.
2. **Read CTR alongside impressions and position**, so query-coverage expansion is not misread as decline.
3. **Build internal routes** from the highest-traffic blog posts into the service pages that actually convert to `/signup`.
4. **Track the blog posts with the largest click drops** as a recurring recovery queue rather than a one-off audit.
5. **Keep referral sources under review** — volume is small but conversion behaviour differs from organic.

## Limits

- Search Console and GA4 attribute and sample differently, so click and session counts will not reconcile exactly.
- The report covers a single month; trend claims beyond the month-on-month delta need a longer series.
- `/signup` is the measured endpoint — activation, paid conversion and retention are not in scope.
